How do I book and what’s required?

Book online in under a minute or by phone. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date. Final payment is due before the event. Book 4–6 weeks ahead for weekends when possible; last-minute bookings are accepted if our schedule allows.

Do we need to provide any power?

No — we supply all power through our onboard generator, so nothing is required from your home or venue.

How many players and what games are available?

Up to 20 players at once across multiple stations. Larger groups rotate every 20–30 mins so everyone plays. We stock PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and top titles like Mario Kart, NBA 2K, and Madden. Game selection can be customized for your group.

Are you climate-controlled AC/Heat?

Yes, dual A/C for summer, heat for cooler months.

What if I cancel or it rains?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once with 14+ days’ notice. We operate in all weather — the trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled.

Do you charge extra for events outside your normal service area?

For cities outside our standard service area, a mileage surcharge of $2.50 per km (one way) will apply, up to a maximum of 100 km.
If your event is located more than 100 km from Mississauga, please reach out to us directly for a custom travel quote.
