Game Zone Events operates a 28-foot, fully self-contained gaming trailer that parks directly at your home, school, or event venue. It’s not a converted cargo van or a pop-up tent — it’s a purpose-built entertainment space designed to impress.

How Many Kids Can Play? Scheduling & Capacity

The trailer accommodates up to 20 players simultaneously. For most birthday parties, this means every guest can be inside playing at the same time.

Booking, Deposit & Travel Policy

Deposit to Secure Your Date

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your booking. The deposit is transferable once — meaning if your plans change, you can move your booking to a new date with at least 14 days’ notice.

Popular weekend dates — especially from May through September — book up weeks or months in advance. We recommend securing your date as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Travel Fee

Game Zone Events is based in Mississauga and serves a large area of Ontario at no extra charge within our standard service zone. For locations further away, a travel fee of $2.50 per km (one way) applies, up to a maximum of 100km from Mississauga. This fee is always disclosed clearly in your quote — no surprises.
