The Gaming Trailer

Game Zone Events operates a 28-foot, fully self-contained gaming trailer that parks directly at your home, school, or event venue. It’s not a converted cargo van or a pop-up tent — it’s a purpose-built entertainment space designed to impress.

Up to 20 players can play simultaneously inside the trailer. For larger groups, kids simply rotate in shifts every 20–30 minutes, which keeps things organized and ensures everyone gets quality time.

The Hardware: Consoles & VR

Inside the trailer, you’ll find the latest generation of gaming hardware — not older hand-me-down consoles, but the actual current-generation systems that kids are excited about today.

Multiple kids can compete head-to-head on the same title at the same time. The Nintendo Switch is a hit with younger guests who love Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros., and the PlayStation VR headset adds a truly immersive experience for kids who want something different.

The Game Library: 100+ Titles

The trailer carries a library of over 100 video games covering sports, racing, party, and multiplayer action — something for every age group and skill level. Your Game Coach: The On-Site Attendant

Every booking includes a professional Game Coach — a trained, friendly on-site attendant who manages the entire gaming session so you can enjoy the party without worrying about a thing.

This is one of the biggest things that separates Game Zone Events from a basic truck rental. You’re not left to manage a trailer full of excited kids on your own. We handle it.

How Many Kids Can Play? Scheduling & Capacity

The trailer accommodates up to 20 players simultaneously. For most birthday parties, this means every guest can be inside playing at the same time.

For larger events — school events, community gatherings, corporate team-building — guests simply rotate in groups of up to 20. A typical rotation runs 20–30 minutes per group, and your Game Coach manages the schedule so the flow is seamless.

Fully Insured — 18+ Providers

Game Zone Events operates with cashless insurance coverage through 18+ providers. This means you’re protected, the equipment is protected, and you can focus entirely on enjoying the party.

If your venue, school, or organization requires proof of insurance for the event, we can provide documentation. Just let us know when booking.

Booking, Deposit & Travel Policy

Deposit to Secure Your Date

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your booking. The deposit is transferable once — meaning if your plans change, you can move your booking to a new date with at least 14 days’ notice.

Popular weekend dates — especially from May through September — book up weeks or months in advance. We recommend securing your date as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Travel Fee

Game Zone Events is based in Mississauga and serves a large area of Ontario at no extra charge within our standard service zone. For locations further away, a travel fee of $2.50 per km (one way) applies, up to a maximum of 100km from Mississauga. This fee is always disclosed clearly in your quote — no surprises.
